Our client is an investment organisation based in Dubai, they are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist to be based within their Headquarters in a highly desired location within Dubai.
Within this role you will be based on the front desk reception and will be the face of the business. Greeting all visitors, assisting with requests and ensuring that the visitors feel welcome at all times, you will take incoming calls and distribute them accordingly, liaising with internal Directors and members of the Management Team and deal with requests. Other responsibilities include supporting the Facilities Management Team, sourcing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and external contractors, ensuring that emergency and security procedures for the building are in place and assisting the FM Coordinator with ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will have between two and three years experience of working within a similar position, along with a background within hospitality or customer service. You will have knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint at an intermediate level and be a native English speaking candidate.
Personal values will include approachability, strong written and verbal communication skills and you should have an excellent telephone manner. As you will be the face of the company, personal appearance should be smart and immaculate.
