Job Summary:
The Executive Creative Director (ECD) is a visionary leader responsible for driving the creative, technological, and strategic direction. This role requires a dynamic blend of creative innovation, technological expertise, and strategic thinking to shape groundbreaking experiential solutions. The ECD will oversee the development of immersive brand experiences, lead multidisciplinary teams, and foster a culture of innovation that pushes the boundaries of storytelling, interactivity, and engagement.

Job Specification:

1. 10+ years of progressive experience in Senior Creative Leadership role or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
3. Expertise in developing and implementing impactful business and creative strategies.
4. Deep understanding of technology, including AI, AR/VR, interactive installations, and digital platforms.
5. Proven track record of leading high-profile creative campaigns that incorporate emerging technologies.
6. Strong expertise in creative direction, design, storytelling, and experience strategy.
7. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
8. Strong business acumen with the ability to align creative strategies with business objectives.
9. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire both internal teams and external clients.
10. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies within a creative business.
11. Strong negotiation skills for client and partner discussions.
12. Humble, approachable, and collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
14. Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to pushing creative boundaries and delivering excellence.
15. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Creative Strategy, or related field will be an added advantage (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
