What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Business Finance relationships, ensuring adherence to the Bank's policies, ethics, and code of conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all tasks ensuring activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, while providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers and adhering to all appropriate processes and procedures.
  • Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
  • Identify market opportunities and book new business (SME Assets) while developing and increasing the share of wallet of existing business relationships.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis for the formulation of new and innovative products.
  • Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct at all times to ensure a positive image of the Bank is presented to all customers, both internal and external.
  • Ensure that business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines, and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards, and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
