LEGAL COUNSEL

Job Requirements:

• A professional degree in law from a leading institution, preferably with a Western background.
• Substantial corporate legal working experience.
• An expert in legal matters relating to Energy, Power, Mergers, Cross-Border Negotiations, etc.
• A deep and working knowledge and expertise in corporate laws and procedures of the land.
• Maintain and display a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Analytical mind and sound judgment capabilities regarding situations and information.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• Preferably with an Energy Sector Corporate Legal Background.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Articulate the ability to prioritize work schedules and deadlines.
• Solutions-oriented.
