Job Description:

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage all on-site activities for luxury joinery and high-end fit-out projects.
• Ensure the seamless execution of complex fit-out projects, meeting client expectations and adhering to project specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to plan and organize work, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure the work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate site teams, including skilled tradespeople, to maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Oversee the installation of luxury joinery, bespoke cabinetry, and high-end finishes.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, material management, and resource allocation to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, including any challenges or opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and a high level of satisfaction.

• Proven experience in managing luxury joinery or high-end fit-out projects, particularly in the retail or commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of luxury joinery techniques, materials, and high-end finishes.
• Experience leading and supervising skilled teams on complex fit-out projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction and fit-out processes, including reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
