8. Valid driver's license.
9. Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems related to HVAC for troubleshooting and repairs.
10. Time Management: Efficiently managing time to complete service calls and installations on schedule.
11. Teamwork: Collaborating with other technicians and staff to ensure smooth operations.
12. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with industry advancements and new technologies in HVAC systems.
