Call Center Representative
Job description
We are looking for call center representatives to manage our online leads inquiries and handle appointments on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Log in online leads and handle appointments in a professional manner
- Provide basic and accurate information
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in the automotive industry
- Fluent English speaker and writer
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Advanced level of Excel experience
- CRM experience is preferred
- Experience in selling and buying cars is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills
- Target achiever
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
