We are looking for a Value & Character Education Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and conduct workshops, activities, and sessions that promote ethical decision-making, empathy, leadership, and respect for Islamic traditions.
2. Foster a positive school culture by championing initiatives rooted in faith, integrity, and responsibility.
3. Assess and report on the effectiveness of values-based programs, recommending improvements for continuous impact.
4. Engage parents and the broader community to support Islamic character-building initiatives and enhance cultural awareness.
5. Collaborate with teachers to integrate Islamic teachings seamlessly into the broader curriculum, tailored to different age groups and learning abilities.
6. Monitor and evaluate students' progress in Quranic recitation, memorization, and understanding of Tajweed rules.

Qualifications:

Masters in Islamic Education or related field. 5+ years of teaching experience in Dubai.
