Job Description & Summary
As an Associate within the ACE Support team, you will be performing office administration tasks supporting our Regional Audit team. Your tasks will reflect our values and PwC professional framework which includes:
- Developing yourself personally, taking a keen interest in the services and learning the skills needed to execute them to a high level of quality in an efficient way.
- Collaborating with colleagues across different countries in the region on the standardised services to ensure they are being conducted in accordance with the user guide.
- Working with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives.
- Managing wider practice communication responsibilities related to the execution of individual work requests.
- Being an integral part of the ACE team responsible for delivering our services to the Middle Eastern Assurance practice, with access to the latest training and development tools and support from the wider PwC network.
What you’ll bring to this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
- Excellent IT skills in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different countries on translation projects to meet client expectations.
- Willingness to challenge the ‘norms’ and to create a cohesive and effective working team.
- Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
