Sales Merchandiser

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to manage and coordinate sales orders from start to finish. You will work closely with production, procurement, printing, and QC teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of orders. This role requires clear communication and effective management of multiple tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management: Receive job orders via WhatsApp, understand requirements, and clarify any doubts.
2. Coordination: Work with the production and procurement teams to ensure materials and resources are available. Liaise with the printing team to meet all printing requirements.
3. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards, inspecting for defects and printing errors.
4. Packing & Shipment: Oversee packing and ensure timely delivery within specified timelines.
5. Communication: Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working with all teams and handling multiple tasks under pressure.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Prior experience in sales merchandising, production, or similar role preferred.
2. Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
3. Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of merchandising and production processes.
4. Attention to Detail: Ability to review orders and ensure products meet quality standards.
