Job description

Welcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
Perform a range of skin services and Nail services as directed in the salon brochure.
Provide a full consultation to identify any health or skin problems before carrying out services.
Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and confidently recommend services and products that are appropriate.
Explain the steps of the service for each stage of the process to ensure client confidence.
Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy.
Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.
Uphold municipality standards of hygiene and salon policies and procedures for all treatments.
Build relationships with clients and record all technical service information for future reference.
