BA and QA Team Lead

Position: Business Analyst Quality Test Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team to ensure the delivery of top-notch quality in all project phases.
• Serve as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Conduct end-to-end requirement analysis, solutioning, and validation for quality assurance.
• Create and manage test strategies, scenarios, and executions, ensuring robust systems implementation.
• Oversee change management, including CRs, CAB representation, and BAU support post-go-live.
• Actively participate in Central Bank compliance projects and payments transformation initiatives.

Key Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, JavaScript, SOAP/REST services, and integration/middleware technologies.
• Expertise in collaborative tools like JIRA, MIRO, and Confluence for project tracking and delivery.
• Proven track record in digital payments transformation and cross-border payments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT project delivery experience in the banking domain.
• Certified Scrum Master with in-depth Agile and Waterfall methodology knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
