As a Talent Agent, you will play a vital role in discovering and representing talented individuals, such as actors, models, influencers, and artists, and connecting them with relevant opportunities in the marketing, advertising, and PR industry. Your expertise in talent management, negotiation, and industry knowledge will contribute to the success of our talent roster and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Representation: Discover and recruit talented individuals, including actors, models, influencers, and artists, to represent them and their careers in the industry.
- Talent Management: Provide guidance, career advice, and support to talent, assisting them in building their profiles, portfolios, and professional development.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marketing, advertising, and PR industry, including casting directors, production companies, brands, and agencies, to understand their talent requirements and secure opportunities for represented talent.
- Casting and Auditions: Coordinate and facilitate casting calls, auditions, and talent selection processes, ensuring timely communication and seamless coordination between talent and clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms on behalf of talent, ensuring fair and favorable agreements that align with industry standards and talent objectives.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote talent, including creating and distributing portfolios, showreels, and promotional materials, and leveraging social media and online platforms for visibility and exposure.
- Career Development: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging opportunities, providing guidance and support to talent for career growth and diversification.
- Networking: Attend industry events, networking sessions, and talent showcases to expand professional networks, foster relationships, and identify potential collaborations and opportunities.
- Legal and Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to talent, including managing schedules, contracts, and bookings, and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and talent-related developments, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in the marketing, advertising, and PR industry.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talent Agent or similar role in the marketing, advertising, or PR industry. In-depth knowledge of the talent industry, including actors, models, influencers, and artists. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect talent with relevant opportunities. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on securing favorable terms for talent. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple talent and client engagements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide career guidance and support to talent. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, local talent landscape, and industry regulations is a plus. Familiarity with talent management software and platforms is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
