We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce and Agents Portal ecosystem and support strategic decisions. In this role, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, helping to define and streamline processes while driving the successful implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business functionalities, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing workflows. Real Estate experience is a must.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce and Agent's portal features and functionality.
Participate in implementation projects, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, CRM/Collections, Finance etc.) to design solutions that meet business needs.
Develop test plans and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate system functionality and improvements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Configure Salesforce features such as reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects to optimize CRM performance.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) along with dedicated users and ensure that all changes align with business goals and end-user requirements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce/Agents Portal issues, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices to maximize adoption and productivity.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
Track support queries and response time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of CRM processes and workflows within Salesforce.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Manage Engine) is a plus.
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are preferred.
Basic knowledge of React and Nodejs for Agents Portal is preferred.
