Your Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our dynamic IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background with a minimum of three years of experience, fluency in both Arabic and English, and a deep understanding of GCC legal frameworks. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contractual relationships with clients, employees, and third parties across multiple Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and other third parties.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations across GCC countries.
- Provide legal advisory support on business operations, employment matters, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential contractual liabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business activities align with corporate governance policies.
- Handle dispute resolution and liaise with external legal counsel when required.
- Oversee employment law compliance, including drafting policies and managing labor law-related issues.
- Keep up to date with legal developments in the GCC and provide proactive legal guidance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and government entities.
Requirements :
- Arabic and English proficiency level: C1 and higher.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Proven expertise in contract law, corporate law, and employment law in GCC countries.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GCC legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal projects across different jurisdictions.
- Experience in handling cross-border legal matters is a plus.
