Solar Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Engineering Manager to lead our clients' solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of solar projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, quality standards, and are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in solar engineering and project management, with a focus on large-scale solar installations.
3. Strong technical knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and related technologies.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams.
5. Familiarity with relevant software tools for solar system design and analysis.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
