Job Title: Real Estate Admin (Sales Coordinator)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate sales activities for real estate properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
  • Achieve sales targets and handle negotiations.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including creating property listings and promotional materials.
  • Manage and update property databases and records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Filipino are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
