Responsibilities

1. Manage your organization's sales by developing a business plan that includes sales, revenue, and expense controls.
2. Achieve sales target as planned.
3. Set individual sales goals with the sales team.
4. Track sales goals and report results as needed.
5. Monitor the activities and performance of the sales team. Collaborate with marketing on lead generation.
6. Ongoing training for your sales representatives.
7. Grow your sales team through motivation, advice, and product knowledge education.
8. Promote the organization and its products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experienced in customer relationship management.
• Experienced in managing and leading a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to lead a sales team.
