We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Manager, with a proven track record of success. The position offers a salary of 1300 per month.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in security management or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in security management
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Fluent English speaking/writing skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.
• Monitor the facility grounds for any suspicious activity or persons.
• Provide training for security staff on safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor access control systems to ensure visitors are authorized to enter the facility.
• Investigate incidents when necessary and provide reports on findings.
• Create access control lists for personnel with restricted access to certain areas of the facility.
