Managing and controlling the work process on the allocated portfolio in order to provide full support for the utmost satisfaction of customer & bank, guidance.
Ensure the implementation of Banks policy and procedure & sharia on daily work process, ensure a systematic workflow in conjunction with other concerned channels, identify critical cases and create solutions, provide management with all required reports.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
Meet customers to discuss their business needs.
Maintain portfolio including regular & delinquency to ensure that all files are updated i.e. Renewal, FIP, FSA and keep file tidy.
Review portfolio and prepare the file to transfer to special attention as per Dept. internal policy.
Follow-up with customers to solve any issues related to their accounts/facility.
Meet customers to solve their problems & complaints and to ensure all required documents, securities, undertakings etc. are provided to complete the rescheduling.
Follow up with different Departments MPM, CAD, and WFO to finalize and regularize the portfolio.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
University Degree with 2 Years relevant experience, of which 1 year preferably in Real Estate Finance Area.
Excellent communication skills required in both English and Arabic.
Advanced computer skills required.
Good knowledge of ADIB products/services required.
