Job Summary:
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of warehouse and property facilities.
- Ensure efficient facility operations, health and safety compliance, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the warehouse and property.
- Ensure the building and equipment are in good working condition.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and resolve issues.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols for staff and visitors.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance.
Administrative Support:
- Manage administrative duties, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Track inventory and maintain accurate facility logs.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide regular facility operation and maintenance reports.
- Maintain documentation on facility operations and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of maintenance and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Certification in facilities management or safety training is a plus.
