Job description

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  1. Oversee daily F&B service operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  2. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory, food costs, and budgeting.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Foster a positive dining experience for guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  7. Coordinate with hotel management to align Food & Beverage goals with overall hotel objectives.
  8. Analyse customer preferences and market trends to drive business growth.
  9. Organize special events and promotions to enhance guest engagement.

What We need from you:

  1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  6. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, including menu development.
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation.
  10. Experience in event planning and execution.
  11. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
