Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and operational roles across the MEA region for all technical and non-technical roles.
Create and update job descriptions, post job openings on relevant job boards and industry-specific platforms, and proactively source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitments.
Sourcing & Building Talent Pools:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Utilize social media platforms, industry events, career fairs, and university relationships to connect with potential candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
Work with hiring managers to coordinate technical assessments and interview panels.
Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment with company objectives and hiring standards.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
Promote the company’s brand and values to attract high-quality candidates, especially within the environmental infrastructure industry.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment opportunities.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage offer negotiations, ensuring that the company’s compensation and benefits offerings are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Ensure a seamless onboarding and induction experience for all new hires.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on recruitment progress and key hiring trends.
Market Insights & Industry Trends:
Stay updated on trends and best practices in the recruitment industry, particularly within the environmental infrastructure sector.
Analyze competitor hiring practices, compensation data, and market trends to help position the company as an employer of choice.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting within the environmental infrastructure or a related industry.
Proven experience sourcing and recruiting high-level technical talent through multiple channels.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize HR Ops tasks.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws, especially related to the industry.
