Job description

Lead & manage parts and logistics department, monitor staff, drive sales performance, execute marketing initiatives/campaigns and optimize utilization of market potential to maximize business revenue and achieve profits with high level of customer satisfaction at every step. Oversee logistics and storage operations for Eastern Motors Company. Assume profit & loss responsibility for the department and effectively communicate with Principal.

Experience Required

10 – 12 years of minimum experience in automotive industry; out of which 4 years should be on managerial level in spare parts Aftersales.

Qualification Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
