Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale oil and gas projects in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing EPC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all phases of EPC projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
5. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
7. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
2. Minimum of 20 years of experience in execution of FEED/EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of 5 years in the GCC region.
3. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position for mega Oil and Gas Offshore EPC projects.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
