JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR processes for the MEA&T region.
The HR Manager manages all streams of HR functions across the region, including but not limited to:
- Recruiting, selection, and onboarding processes
- Data administration, visa, and C&B workflow realization
- Payroll preparation and provider control
- Training and development standards implementation
- Engagement and retention actions rollout
- Internal communication
- Key metrics reporting and Workday software management
- Implementing Corporate HR strategy across the regional population
- Collaborating with Corporate HR centers of expertise and the Emerging Markets HR community
- Participation in HR and multifunction projects: Global & Local
- Compliance and employee relations control
- Being the first point of contact for the MEA&T team regarding HR matters
Job Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Economics
- Fluency in English; Arabic/Turkish/Russian is a plus
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in a similar position (HR Manager or HR Generalist), preferably for an international company
- Knowledge of all HR streams with proven results
- Ability to work independently as the sole HR person in the region
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong team player with leadership skills
