Pemo is growing and we are looking for a Compliance Associate, to join our Operations team, where you will assist both in the conduct and optimization of our compliance processes. These are crucial to the onboarding of customers and to our business. Without new customers we can't grow, and without compliance we can't onboard new customers.

About you:

You are service oriented and either a native English or English/Arabic speaker. Most importantly, you are a dedicated team player who is happy working independently and has a genuine eagerness to learn and help us make Pemo grow.

Requirements:

1. Have graduated from your undergraduate degree, in (Law, Business or Finance)
2. Great communication skills, both written and oral.
3. Ability to work in remote setup with stakeholders in different locations
4. Work core hours from Monday to Friday - 9am (DXB time) to 6pm (DXB time).
5. Analytical skills and ability to really focus.
6. Previous experience within the banking and finance industry is a plus.
