Pre-Sales/Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Pre-Sales/Social Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the pre-sales activities, developing tailored solutions for clients, driving revenue growth, managing our social media presence, and developing engaging content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms (X (formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
2. Conduct initial client consultations to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
5. Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to develop innovative recruitment solutions.
6. Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging content (posts, tweets, articles, videos) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
7. Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 1 - 2 Years of experience

Required Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in pre-sales, social media, or content creation.
3. Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of software products and technologies.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content.
6. Language Preference: English and Hindi (Fluently).
7. Certifications (Optional): Relevant certifications in social media marketing, content creation, or sales.
