We are currently seeking a number of experienced real estate brokers and team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying and selling properties.
  • Show various properties to prospective buyers to showcase options and help them find the right property.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations.
  • Process incoming/outgoing calls from potential clients.
  • Effectively manage client inquiries, concerns, and objections.
  • Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover appropriate suggestions.
  • Maintain sales targets set by the Head of Sales.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (other languages will be an advantage).
  • Should be based in Dubai/UAE.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the real estate industry (UAE).
  • Proven track record of real estate sales.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Well-presented with good work ethics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Flexible commission structure.
  • The target region markets are UAE, USA, Europe & CIS, with a daily solid flow of qualified leads.
  • Continued daily support and mentorship from the Team Lead and Sales Director.
  • Marketing team support with photography, property listings on portals, and social media.
  • A professional CRM system to help track lead status and client follow-up.
