Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Commis Chef - Bakery is responsible for preparing consistent, high-quality baked goods and ensuring courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Achieve the highest degree in applied hygiene and food safety as per the HACCP guidelines to ensure that the food served to the guest is of the highest quality and standard.

Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in daily operations and take full responsibility for your section and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.

Qualifications
1 year of work experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards / Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge.
