Role Summary
Lead the Homeware & Household category for a AED 50-100 million business, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, OTB, and supplier relationships while driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement buying strategies for the homeware and household categories to maximize revenue and profitability.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product selection and supplier negotiation to delivery and inventory management.
Manage category performance through analytics, leveraging Power BI for insights.
Optimize OTB, inventory planning, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and margins.
Lead and mentor a team of 3-4, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, innovation, and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category goals with business strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience managing a sizable business portfolio, preferably in the range of AED 50-100 million.
Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Power BI, OTB, and financial planning.
Leadership experience with a track record of team success.
