Noorka Logistics is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Dubai office. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth workflow, efficient resource management, and a well-coordinated work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow across departments.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility management.
  • Oversee scheduling, meetings, and correspondence for senior management.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in HR functions, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Experience in logistics or a related industry is an advantage.
