Job Description
The Product Owner, Assisted and Agentic Channels, is responsible for the development, delivery and management of staff-facing and Agentic channels within Mashreq RBG, including Mashreq FaceApp for call centers and RMs, and Chatbot.
The objective of this role is to drive a transformation in service quality, scalability, and efficiency, via Assisted and Agentic Channels, whilst ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
Mashreq Product Owners have end-to-end responsibility for the lifecycle of digital products, services and channels within one or more domains; leading a cross-functional squad to set the vision, translate the vision into user stories, and prioritize the product backlog to streamline execution and deliver value to customers.
