Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in AlAyn. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Experience in well-known brands or dealerships is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their needs regarding vehicle repairs and services.
• Provide accurate information and advice on required repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare service orders by describing symptoms, problems, and necessary repairs.
• Maintain communication with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct final inspections on vehicles to ensure all work meets company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Upsell additional services or repairs when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with well-known brands or dealerships.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Proficiency in computer skills and the use of service management software.
