Executive Assistant
Job Location: UAE
Job Duties:
- Organize and prepare for meetings or specific events including setting agendas and taking minutes of meeting.
- Manage the executive's calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure timely attendance.
- Answer and screen phone calls directing inquiries and messages appropriately.
- Compose professional correspondence letters, emails, memos based on clear instructions.
- Manage and prioritize emails to ensure timely responses and follow up.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize travel plans including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Create and maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with special projects or other duties as required from management.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Other Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.
- Professionalism in interacting with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software.
- Ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
