Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs.
2. Call fresh leads to offer hot projects.
3. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in purchasing property.
4. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
5. Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
6. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
7. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
