Job description
Job Description- Supports the people operations team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws.
- Business partner with business unit heads for day-to-day operations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Talent management, which includes onboarding and exit processes.
- Plays a part in nurturing a positive working environment and culture.
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system.
- Manage timely and accurate monthly payroll.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in the monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and statutory requirements.
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- HR knowledge with a demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
