A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
Providing day-to-day administrative support, including HR correspondence, processing of invoices, etc.
Coordinating with employees and raising LPOs.
Processing payroll for all employees.
Reviewing and monitoring forms completed by new hires and ensuring correct postings in the HR database.
Tracking and maintaining files of candidates, ensuring that all filing systems are organized, maintained, and up-to-date.
Preparing routine correspondence for the Director of Human Resources.
Entering all order requests on the JANA system.
Preparing no objection letters for employees that are to be released by the hotel.
Managing HR stationery: Collecting requested items from the receiving area and ensuring that they match the department's purchase requests.
Overseeing the department’s stationery supplies while considering cost-effectiveness.
