Job Description:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
2. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement to foster a positive work environment and drive high performance.
3. Manage compensation, benefits, training, and development programs, ensuring competitiveness and supporting career growth.
4. Partner with leadership on organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as HR analytics and change management efforts.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
3. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
