Job Description

Develop the strategy for IT Infrastructure to ensure alignment with strategic direction and provide services to an international standard.
Create the budget for IT Infrastructure in line with the overall IT budget.
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency in the use and development of IT Infrastructure services.
Operate IT infrastructure solutions and manage daily operational activities in line with defined policies, processes, and service level agreements.
Maintain and update IT systems according to best international standards.
Plan Business Continuity and Recovery for the IT Infrastructure function.
Manage and maintain system performance at high levels, reporting any potential or existing threats or imbalances.
Implement Business Continuity Management measures to counteract interruptions to business activities.
Ensure compliance of outsourced software/hardware and manage IT software licenses.
Manage and maintain data storage and backup systems.

Requirements

Fluent in English & Arabic (MANDATORY - Need an ARABIC SPEAKING CANDIDATE)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
15 years of experience working in IT operations.
Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
