Sr. Estimation Engineer

An Infrastructure Estimator prepares detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects, analyzes technical drawings, calculates material and labor costs, assesses project risks, and collaborates with teams to ensure budget alignment and compliance with regulations.

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects, including roadworks, utilities, and all structural works.
2. Specialize in estimating costs for sewage networks, drainage, irrigation, water supply networks, fire fighting, and communication networks.
3. Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and design plans for various infrastructure networks to ensure accurate cost estimations.
4. Calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for complex infrastructure works, including pipelines and pumping stations.
5. Use cost estimating software to generate detailed and itemized cost breakdowns for infrastructure networks.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Mechanical Engineer with infrastructure and landscaping experience.
2. 8-15 years (UAE experience is a must).
