What You’ll be Doing
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyse, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide insights into the company's financial performance, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new market entry, product launches, M&A opportunities and fundraising efforts. Analyse scenarios and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
Performance Monitoring: Track key financial and operational metrics. Work closely with Country MDs to understand drivers of performance and identify areas for improvement.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure accuracy in financial projections.
Strategic Support: Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations for business strategies and growth opportunities.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, increasing efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and cost optimization studies.
What You will need for this position
You have 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, private equity, consulting or a related field.
You are proficient in financial modelling and Excel.
You have experience with financial analysis tools and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
You enjoy building and creating new frameworks, processes and ways of improving legacy ways of working.
You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
You have experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) - this is an advantage but not required.
You keep a proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Directly reporting to our VP of FP&A, and closely working with our Finance and Operations Team.
