Ontime Group is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Home Healthcare division, Doctor On Time. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our home healthcare services, enhancing patient experiences, and ensuring our healthcare professionals deliver the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations within the Home Healthcare division
2. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize service delivery
3. Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols
4. Train and supervise operational staff to ensure compliance with policies
5. Manage client relationships, focusing on satisfaction and care quality
6. Handle scheduling and logistics to ensure timely service delivery
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and onboarding of new personnel
8. Analyze operational processes for continuous improvement
9. Work closely with internal teams to align operational goals

1. Experience as an Operations Specialist or in a relevant role within the healthcare sector
2. In-depth understanding of home healthcare operations and compliance standards
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software
