You will partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while building a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for technical roles.
Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical teams, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction to improve processes.
Leverage advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in HR or Engineering.
