Investment Operation Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to support our investment team by managing data, processing transactions, and assisting with portfolio reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient investment operations and providing critical support for decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Operations & Data Management:

• Process, track, and reconcile investment transactions.
• Maintain and update investment data, financial records, and reports using Excel and financial tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all investment-related documentation.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Support portfolio reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Generate performance dashboards and financial insights for stakeholders.
• Assist in compliance and regulatory documentation to meet industry standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Coordination & Administrative Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for operational needs.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Investments team.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in operations, finance, or investment-related roles.
• Relevant financial or investment certifications are a plus.
