Landscape Supervisor

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a company providing a comprehensive range of architecture products in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Landscape Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that landscape maintenance projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, irrigation, and pest control.
2. Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
3. Inspect landscapes to ensure quality standards are met and recommend necessary improvements.
4. Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials.
5. Train and guide landscape staff to enhance skills and productivity.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
8. Prepare and maintain reports, including schedules, budgets, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is required.
2. Proven experience as a Landscape Supervisor or in a similar role within the landscaping industry.
3. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
6. Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in landscaping.
7. Proficiency in preparing and managing budgets and schedules.
8. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
9. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
