Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable reports.
Customer-focused mindset with a knack for resolving complaints effectively.
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the volume growth & increasing credit card acquisition/sales.
In-house training of existing and new staff to improve and optimize efficiency.
Generate report of sales team performance and activities.
Respond to all queries on the telephone or over email from both internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Comply with all internal & bank regulation.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit.
Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible actions to resolve the issue to their fullest satisfaction.
