Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 6 Month Extendable Contract

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Brief:

Project Manager is responsible for organizing, developing & managing delivery of Projects under respective portfolio/Program to support the organization’s goals and objectives. Working together with Service leads & Program Manager in delivery of small to medium size Projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage one or more business Projects.
2. Responsible for successful delivery of projects and aligning various teams across IT, business, operations, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.
3. Techno Functional with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and good negotiation skills.
4. Experience in Scope, Time, and Budget management.
5. Hands-on experience as Project Manager – handling various phases of the project – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Closure. Able to handle at least 3 projects at a time.
6. Strong verbal and written communication with proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
2. Significant experience in Banking/cards and Migration projects.
3. 10+ Years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in Banking sector/Cards Vertical.
4. Good understanding of internationally accepted Project Management Principles, Methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid or Agile), and Practices (PMI Certification or equivalent is an advantage).
5. Hands-on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP knowledge is a must).
6. Strong verbal and written communication with proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels (Including business heads, functional heads, and other senior managers).
