Job description

Receiving supplier invoices. Entering into JDE (the finance system).
Checking coding of all invoices including overheads.
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Query resolution.
Monitoring and resolution of integrity reports.
Any other duties which may be required to meet the demands of the role.
Responsible for the daily filing of accounting papers.
Adhoc Reporting & Analysis.
Petty Cash control & management.
Monthly processing & payment of pension contributions.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role.
Must have outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English.
Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows – especially Outlook and Excel.
Ability to relate and interact successfully with a multi-cultural workforce at all levels is essential.
High degree of accuracy required.
Must be able to work on directed tasks with a proactive approach through taking direction and guidance from the Management Accountant.
