Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and expand our customer base within designated areas of the KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and propose region-specific sales plans and targets aligned with business objectives.
2. Manage regional and individual sales performance to ensure goal achievement.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on regional sales results.
4. Forecast quarterly and annual profits accurately.
5. Identify hiring needs, recruit, and train new sales team members.
6. Prepare and review the annual budget for the region.
7. Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
8. Address critical challenges and propose timely solutions.
9. Participate in strategic decisions for expansion or acquisition.
10. Recommend innovative sales techniques, services, and products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar senior sales role.
2. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
3. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
